Contact and Corrections
How to identify an article and supporting evidence for a correction. No working form or inbox is invented; this page explains the editorial correction process.
Air & Habitat welcomes corrections, clarifications and source suggestions. We do not maintain a contact form, phone number or public inbox on this site, and we have not invented one. This page explains how to prepare a correction so it can be evaluated.
What to include
If you believe an article is inaccurate, identify the article by its title and slug, or by the URL if one is available. Quote the exact sentence or paragraph you question. Explain what you think is wrong and why.
Supporting evidence
Provide a publicly accessible source, such as a government guidance page, a standards document or a peer-reviewed study. If the source is behind a paywall, include enough bibliographic detail that we can locate it. We are most likely to act on evidence that is specific, verifiable and relevant to our stated scope.
What we can and cannot do
We can review claims about home air, ventilation and thermal comfort that fall within our editorial scope. We cannot provide medical advice, diagnose a home problem, or guide gas, electrical or structural installation. We cannot respond to every message, and we do not promise a timeline.
How corrections appear
When we correct an article, we update the text and note the change at the bottom of the page with the date and a short description. If a correction is substantial, we may add a separate note in the article.
Independence
Air & Habitat is independent of manufacturers, utilities and any former business. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not publish sponsored articles. Our goal is to help readers ask better questions and find trustworthy public information.
